The Hot Air Balloon Cappadocia tour starts early in the morning and our private shuttle will pick you up from your hotel or wherever you want at least 1 hour before. While the balloon is being prepared, you will go directly to the flight area you will follow. When you're ready, we'll take off for a spectacular one-hour flight near the Fairy Chimneys and its environs. During the flight, a perfect atmosphere and wonderful views will be waiting for you. You will be able to take photos and collect memories during the flight. A shuttle will be waiting for you at the end of the flight to pick you up and return you to your hotel.

If the balloons do not fly due to bad weather conditions on the day you make your reservation, you have to decide. If you wish, you can get a refund or postpone your flight to another day. If you want to delay, we can transfer your flight to another day. If you request a refund, 100% of your money will be refunded.

Hundreds of balloons in Cappadocia are of the same standard and hold 24-28 people.

For this tour, you will take part in a 20 or 28-person hot air balloon.

What if my flight gets cancelled due to bad weather?

In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions, we will provide a full refund for your cancelled flight. Alternatively, depending on the seat availability of the next day, we might be able to reschedule your cancelled flight. In the off-season, we mostly can offer an alternative flight for our unlucky customers while in the peak season, we’re less likely to be able to reschedule cancelled flights.
